Medieval Lord Costume
Here we have composed a combination which works perfect for a nobleman, the medieval upper class or for a medieval banquet, but as well as the outfit for the groom of a medieval wedding (or the bride's or groom's father) We have combined a cotton coat of arms with golden lion embroidery, a black medieval style trouser, gauntlets and chainmail.Underneath the chainmail the guy wears a quite simple medieval cotton shirt. Two belts, one with ornaments, the other one with a built-in scabbard make this outfit look waisted. A sword (here it is a LARP sword) and matching boots make the look pretty perfect I think.
Tudor Gentleman
The Tudor gentleman is a nobleman who may hold some aristocratic titles such as Viscount or Marquiss, marking them out as a higher status citizen. The Tudor gentleman is chivalrous and is a pillar of the community, they aren't one for charging into battle but they may have some more clandestine activities going on behind the scenes that don't require them to get their hands dirty. This Tudor gentleman outfit includes shirt and doublet to create the typical ruffled upper sleeves that is typical of the Tudor era, along with the boots, trousers, leather belt and pouch to complete the look.

The Middle Ages - a great time
The Middle Ages spans about 1,000 years. In the early Middle Ages, the years of the Roman Empire were just gone. The Germanic migrations were almost over and the first empires were formed with princes and kings. The Vikings began their raids, the Celts defended themselves against the Anglo-Saxons and the Germanic tribes found their first rulers with the Merovingians and then the Franks with Charlemagne. The Middle Ages are divided into the early, the high and the late Middle Ages. And when we speak of a medieval costume today, this costume can only represent a small part of the many garments for children, ladies and gentlemen that became fashionable during these 1,000 years. Viking trousers, chaperons, capes, medieval shirts and especially the tunic lasted throughout the Middle Ages. But the medieval skirt, dress, and finally the coat and leggins were not invented until the High Middle Ages and went through many developments over the years.

The knights and their tournaments developed into their own art form and real major sporting events.
